Welcome From Our Head Of School
Dear Prospective All Saints’ Episcopal
School Parent:
Thank you for your interest in All
Saints’ Episcopal School.
We are looking forward to the opportunity to work with
your child in the classroom and to include your family in our
school community.
We are excited about the growth and improvements we have
experienced in recent years, and we are pleased that you are
considering joining us to experience first hand some of that
excitement.
Enclosed please find an Application for
Admission, some general information about our school, a
brochure and our
Tuition Information and Payment Schedules (pdf
format). Once we have received your completed application,
a copy of your child’s most recent report cards and
standardized test results (not applicable to pre-school or
Kindergarten applicants), and your $50.00
non-refundable application fee, our Admission Council will
review our information to determine if our program can meet
the needs of your child.
You will hear back from us within one to two weeks.
In the interim, if you have any questions
about our program, please do not hesitate to contact our
Director of Admissions,
Nikki Wills.
She will either answer your question, or refer you to
someone else who can.
If you have not yet had the opportunity to visit our
school, please contact Nikki at (423) 586-3280 to arrange for
a tour.
We are pleased to be given the
opportunity to educate your child through the 8th Grade.
We are proud of the accomplishments of our students since our
inception in 1967. We anticipate that your child will
become another proud and successful graduate of All Saints’
Episcopal School.
Sincerely,
Dr. Henry Selby
Admissions Policy
All Saints'
Episcopal School (ASES) seeks to enroll children who will
benefit from its
values, purposes and programs, and who will contribute to the
school and its philosophy
through an active interest in learning, a sense of
responsibility, their general attitude,
and the care they show for others.
All Saints' Episcopal School admits students of any race, color,
national and ethnic
origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities
generally accorded or made
available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on
the basis of race, color,
national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational
policies, financial aid, and other
school-administered programs.
As a guideline, children must be 2 years old
(08-09 school year) by September 30 to be
admitted to the early childhood program.
Inquiries regarding admission are welcome at
any time. Parents are encouraged to call
for an appointment to visit the school.
Applications are available at the school
office or the link below. Applications are valid
for the year of application only. New forms must be submitted
each year. When space
is available, applications may be considered during the course
of the current year.
Applications of those children who satisfy the
requirements of admission, but for whom
no space is immediately available, will be kept in an active
applicant file to fill places
as they occur during the year.
Available financial aid is awarded solely on the basis of
demonstrated financial need.
Further information regarding financial aid may be obtained from
the Head of School.
A tuition agreement is part of the application process. This
agreement is signed by the
parent and returned with the required deposit in order to hold
the student's place in
school.
Criteria For Admission

is made to place students who will benefit from the small
class size and
from both academic and social expectations. Evidence of the
