Drop-in rate is $5.00 per hour

To receive the monthly discounted rate, payment must be received by the 10^th of the month. Otherwise, an hourly rate of $5.00 per hour will be charged. A late fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for pickup after 5:30 p.m.
