Payment Options

Monthly Payment Plan: If you choose to pay your tuition monthly, your first payment is due no later than April 12, 2010. Subsequent payments are due on the first of every month, and are subject to a $15 late fee if paid after the 10^th of the month. If your first monthly payment is made on May 1, your total tuition will be divided by 11 to determine your monthly payment. If your first payment is June 1, your total tuition will be divided by 10 to determine your monthly payments, etc. All tuition payments for a school year are expected to be paid in full no later than March 10, 2011. Please remember payments can be made through VISA or MasterCard (a 2% service charge will be added to your payment). A valid credit card number is required for all accounts paying monthly. If any accounts are more than 20 days overdue, tuition will automatically be billed to the credit card on file.

Annual Payment Plan: Another option for families of re-enrolling students is to make one annual payment by April 12, 2010, and receive a 5% discount in total tuition. Full payment must be received by April 12^th for this option to apply. New families who enroll prior to April 12, 2010, will have the same discount option. New families enrolling after April 12^th and up to August 1^st will receive a proportional reduction for full payment depending upon the date of enrollment.

Discounts

For families with multiple children there will be a discount offered as follows. There will be no discount for the first child for any family with multiple children. For the second child there will be a 5% discount. For the third and subsequent children there will be a 10% discount. With multiple children, the first child for purposes of determining the discount will be considered to be the oldest child. If all children are enrolled in the Early Learning Center, there will be no multi-child discount.

Early Enrollment Reduction K-8

For Kindergarten through 8^th grade students an early enrollment reduction of 1.5% will be offered if a signed enrollment agreement accompanied by a non-refundable $500.00 deposit is received in the Admissions Office by April 1, 2010. All signed enrollment agreements received after April 1, 2010 will not receive the 1.5% reduction and will incur the tuition rates posted above.

NOTE: All fees may be paid using your VISA or MasterCard. Forms for completing these transactions are available in the office. A 2% service charge will be added for all credit card payments.
