By now you should be well aware of the fact that our school is undergoing a capital campaign to secure its future.  As the result of a recent letter and question and answer brochure you received, as well as through the Parent Newsletter, you should have a basic understanding of the campaign and its importance to the future of the school.  It is now time to take the opportunity to hear more about the “Cultivating Our Vision” campaign from parents like you. Over 45 families in our school are currently working on this vision.  These parents would like to invite you to become part of it.

From Friday, February 9^th  through Sunday, February 18^th, you will be given an opportunity to participate in one of many home gatherings.  These socials will inform you of the plans we have for the future of All Saints’ Episcopal School and the role we are asking you to take in the vision.  During each social, we will share with you the “Cultivating Our Vision” campaign presentation.  This will be informational and include a short DVD.  These socials will also provide us an occasion to share and discuss our dreams with old and new friends.  This will foster more unity within the ASES community and help strengthen us for the challenges ahead.  We know your time is valuable, so the presentation will be first on the agenda followed by refreshments and social time. You will not be asked to pledge or make a donation at this event. Please don’t miss this opportunity to share in the life and vision of the school.

Please select the one that best fits your schedule.  Please reply quickly.  Due to the large number of invites and the limited availability at each location, RSVPs are requested.  Please respond online at www.allsaintsespicopalschool.org/RSVP.asp or simply call or stop by the front office to indicate your choice.  Note, these gatherings are limited to adults.

Your participation in this campaign is vital to its success.  We look forward to working together to ensure that our school will continue to provide a high quality education in a Christian environment to the children of the Lakeway area.
