Dear ASES Family:
As many of you know, we are approaching our 2008 ASES Masters Golf Tournament at Millstone Golf Club. Back by popular demand, we are repeating the exciting raffle event from last year. Our now second annual raffle will take place on Friday, April 18th during the awards ceremony for the ASES Masters Golf Tournament at Millstone Golf Club. We need your support for this successful program!
ASES has a goal to sell 400 raffle tickets. Each ticket is $100.00 and will give you a chance at winning $10,000.00 or a second prize of $500.00! Now how many of you would like a 1 in 400 chance to win that much money? Those are pretty good odds. This year we are asking each family be responsible for two tickets. Please feel free to buy your own or simply sell the tickets. ASES board members, staff and their immediate families (anyone who lives in the household) are not eligible to purchase tickets.
Unfortunately, private schools do not benefit from any tax monies or money from the
State of Tennessee and in order to keep tuition rates as low as possible, raising funds for our school is necessary. We as part of the ASES family must participate in raising funds to make our school the best it can be. If every family buys or sells just one ticket, we will have a great start for our goal. If every family buys or sells just two tickets, we will be so close to our goal of four hundred. The committee is only asking every family to try. This is an easy way that everyone can help out!
Wait there is more! Any family that sells their tickets will get a chance to win special prizes. Watch for your tickets next week and more details about the contest! The committee will mail your tickets with a detailed letter of guidelines to you. If you wish not to participate, please call Cindi Husk at the school and request to be removed from the list.
