PTSO BAKE SALE

 FRIDAY AND SATURDAY MAY 16 & 17

It is time again for the fall All-Saints Episcopal Church Bar-B-Q.  One of our biggest fund-raisers is the PTSO Bake Sale that goes on with the Bar-B-Q. We need help from all parents!!!! Pizza Party for the class with the most participants!!! Parents, We are asking you to either bring a baked good on Friday or Saturday morning or donate a couple hours of your time on either Friday or Saturday and help us sell the baked goods.

Friday shifts are as follows:  9:00 – 11:00, 11:00 – 1: 00, 12:00 – 2:30

Saturday shifts are as follows: :9:00 – 11:00, 11:00 – 1: 00, 12:00 – 2:00

Please fill out the attached form and return it to either your child’s homeroom teacher or to the office by Wednesday, May 14th.  Please contact Michelle Matson (423-312-8948) if you have any questions.

This Spring, like last fall, we will divide the parents into two groups:

Preschool parents will bring Cookies, Brownies, Cupcakes, Muffins

K-8 parents will bring Cakes, Pies, Bread

Please do not forget that we need sugar-free items also!!

Please drop these items off at the school on Friday morning by 8:30am or at the church on Saturday morning by 10am.
