Annual Giving
Campaign Update-
Thanks to everyone
for a great kick-off response to this year’s campaign
We are well on our way to achieving our goal of $80,000 in unrestricted
income to support operations this year.
But listen to
this: A donor has issued a
challenge gift of $10,000 to the parents of our Early Childhood Division.
For every new dollar we receive from this division
the donor will match it up to
$10,000!! This is huge!

From the
combined desks’ of the Middle School:
Dr. James Ford gave a
presentation on gems to the middle school students last
week.
He also showed artifacts from the Atocha (a sunken treasure ship).
He
generously donated a tray of
gemstones to the school containing rubies,
sapphires, emeralds, and
many other samples.
Also:
Middle school students had their first
meeting of the Literary Review Lunch
Bunch Club and shared lunch
and discussed favorite books together.
It was
determined that everyone
could learn to enjoy reading,
if the right author or
book was chosen.
Our next lunch date will
be on Oct. 23rd. (Dessert & door
prizes provided!)
