Strategic Planning Committee:

Please remember to return your Survey ASAP to the front office or a teacher.  The committee has asked that each item in all the categories needs to be filled in.  Please use #’s 1-5, with #5 being the highest priority.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Ann Sheedlo or Renee Siddiqi or Nikki Wills.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Need a babysitter?

If you need a babysitter, feel free to contact Tina Johnson.  She is available after 5:30pm Mon – Fri and anytime Saturday and Sunday.  Contact her at 423-277-9038.

Lost and Found – it is a great source for extra clothing for your closets and drawers.  Each item is $1.00, what a reasonable price for everyone, so come and peruse the clothing kids have left behind for one reason or another.

Box Tops For Education is a quick, easy way to raise money for the school.  Last year we raised over $800 for art supplies.  All you have to do is collect the box tops and place in the marked container in each classroom.  They are collected throughout the school year.  The ELC class and K - 8 class with the most box tops will receive a party in May.  Ingles Markets gives us another opportunity for box tops money.  Please go to the site below to register your Ingles card in the bonus box tops program.  Thank you for your participation.

A huge thank you to all our families at ASES, the Pizza Party will be had by all grades today!!!!!

The Library Birthday Program is a wonderful way to build our school library, honor your child’s birthday and encourage our children’s love of reading!

To participate, please send in a check for $15 one month before your child’s birthday.  Mrs. Spain, our school librarian, will purchase a book that would be enjoyable for your child  with a plaque recognizing your child’s gift to our school.  Also, the book will be presented to the child at Chapel the month of their birthday.  Your child will be the first to have the opportunity to borrow the book from our library.

Please direct any questions you may have to Mrs. Spain and thank you!
